Please take a moment to read through our terms & conditions below before you order as we'll assume you've done so for each order placed.
Payment
All payments are process through PayPal which includes a debit & credit card payment facility. Loud Magpie does not retain any credit card details.
All prices are GST inclusive. We are happy to send a
GST invoice if you need this. Just make a note of this when you check
out your shopping cart.
Returns/Refunds
As
your item(s) have been made just for you we're unable to accept returns
or refunds except if we have made an error or a product is faulty. You
can cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering your item and receive a full refund. If we have made an error in creating what you ordered then you can return the item to us in an unused condition and we will remake it at no
additional cost. All returns must be sent with a Return Merchandise Authorisation which is available on this site.
Images
All orders are photographed before they leave our studio and we retain the right to use these images on our social media platforms including, but not limited to, our website, Facebook page, Twitter and Instagram. You are welcome to tag yourself in these photos and/or share them on your own social media pages. Images on the Loud Magpie website and social media accounts remain the property of Loud Magpie and must not be copied, manipulated, have the watermarks removed or represented as the work of anyone other than Loud Magpie.
